TripCenter does not work with independent drivers directly. TripCenter customers and transport supply partners are in more than 130 countries.
TripCenter has a zero-tolerance abuse, drug and alcohol policy for its transport supply partners including their workers and drivers.
If you suspect that a worker or a driver of a transport supplier is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, call the authorities by dialling 999 in UK, 911 in the US or your destination’s local non-emergency assistance line if necessary, and then, contact transport supplier company as well as TripCenter’s Critical Response Team by clicking the button below. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will call you as soon as possible after your request. A concern does not need to be real-time to warrant reporting through this channel.

Be sure to toss that adult beverage in the bin before you start your journey. Open containers, chewing gums are not allowed in any mode of private hire transport. Turning a blind eye to them can result in your service being terminated by the service provider, and a possible deactivation from our platform. Sometimes it is possible that transport supplier has not met your expected service standards and you might feel angry or upset. Whilst TripCenter respects your right to express views and raise complaints, transport suppliers as well as TripCenter will not tolerate aggressive, threatening or abusive actions towards drivers or any of the employees associated with transport supplier or TripCenter.
